trustea is committed to securing data and keeping it confidential. trustea has done all in its power to prevent data theft, unauthorized access, and disclosure by implementing the latest technologies and software, which help us safeguard all the information users transact. trustea is certified to ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, which mandates highest level of data security and protection. The software created by the program is designed in such a way that it will protect data of each user by protecting unauthorized access from traceteaMAP application users. The roles of users are as below:

UNILEVER Admin –

• Can create Units and generate Access code for units
• View / Edit farmer data (if any deviation found) by concern of respective farmer
• View Estate / Garden Profile only after final approval from the respective Estate / Garden authority from their login credential
• Generate farmer report unit wise, generate estate / garden database, export the farmer/gardens reports on CSV format for delivering to GIS team for mapping
• Can create master role data, like region, mapping with states/UTs and Proof of Identity(POI) type management
• This data will be used by Unilever only for the purpose of verification of deforestation

Managing Company -

• Managing companies have their own login for view / edit the captured garden / estate / STGs details captured by their authorised field users
• After finalize and approval of the captured data, UNILEVER can only view as read only mode
• The access code provided by UNILEVER to the managing company is confidential for the respective company

Authorised User / Enumerator -

• Authorised users and enumerators can only capture Garden / STG details with geo location
• All the gardens / STGs data captured by single authorised user / enumerator will be under his/her login for further view / edit. Edit is only possible before finalization and approval
• Authorised Users should use the UNILEVER provided access code supplied from their managing company during field data capture

Individual / Small Holder Farmers -

• Can register their own garden data with geo location tagging

General Declaration

• No unit can see other units’ data though UNILEVER admin can access all units’ farmer/garden data
• Only latest version of the mobile app and web application shall be used by users
• Application developed / customized and maintained by trustea technical team for their verified units and also non verified units suggested by UNILEVER
• Ownership / responsibility of application shall reside with the concerned process owners
• The development, test and operation environments shall be kept separate to protect them from unauthorized access or changes to the application. In addition to above, high availability shall be ensured for operational environment to prevent single point of failure
• All available source code and executable files of application shall be under version control
• Security patches for systems and application should be updated in accordance with trustea IT security policy
• Capacity management shall be carried out for application, to analyse existing and future capacity requirement
